Our service agreement provides Spring and Fall inspection of your complete HVAC system.

 Spring inspection check list: Clean indoor and outdoor coils, replacement of filters, drains and electrical connections, refrigerant charge, thermostat function. Make sure system is functioning properly.

Fall inspection check list: Clean furnace and flame sensor, check blowers, motor, pumps, ignition controls, replace filters. If humidifiers are present, replace pad. Make sure system is functioning properly.
